Do you still need a hotel for MJBizCon in Las Vegas?

The clock is ticking down, and so are your options. The first and easiest question to answer is, who is MJBizCon partnering with for hotel deals? This year it’s onPEAK. Unfortunately, as of 10/29 there are only three official hotel partners left that are still taking bookings through onPEAK.

These three may be out of rooms by the time you check.

So what are your other options?

It all depends on whether you’re looking for luxury, convenience, or affordability. The closer it gets to event day, the less likely you are to find all three in a single hotel.

There are some hotels a bit further out, but these are the most cost-effective that are still within easy walking distance of the conference.

What if I don’t want to stay in a hotel?

There are apartments, condos, and homes for rent, but the average price per night began at $500 and went up from there. There is a plus-side to staying at a non-hotel even if it costs you-you are allowed to legally consume cannabis on private property.

The explicit permission of the owner of your accommodations is always better than the implied permission of a hotel chain. You’ll also potentially save money by preparing food yourself assuming you book a hotel-alternative with a full kitchen.

Purchase someone else’s reservation at Roomer Travel. This site lets customers who have reserved rooms sell their hotel reservations at a discount over what they’ve paid for them. If you really have your heart set on a specific hotel, this may be the only way to get the room you’re looking for.
